Join our trading and property management team in Whitestone, NY! We are looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Maintain organized files and records
Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and clients as needed
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other office tasks
Occasionally transport supplies to buildings and perform light lifting (e.g., delivering items to properties)
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office setting (preferred)
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a vehicle for occasional errands or site visits
Must be able to speak both English and Spanish
Comfortable with occasional lifting (up to 25–40 lbs) and carrying items to buildings
Details:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday
