We are looking for a full-time, remote Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support in managing business and administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while keeping tasks and priorities on track.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate calendar, scheduling, and appointments
Organize and monitor emails; draft and respond to correspondence when needed
Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and trackers in Excel
Support daily administrative operations and personal tasks
Assist with travel planning, online research, and vendor/client coordination
Proactively follow up on deadlines and keep projects moving
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Self-starter, reliable, and responsive in a remote environment
