Seeking full time Assistant Project Manager to work in our Mamaroneck, NY office.
This candidate will work directly with the Project Manager in managing all office
aspects of several Home Improvement Projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
.Creating purchase orders for building materials
.Tracking and arranging deliveries of material to jobsites
.Logging of hours and materials
.Updating project reports
.Speaking with clients as needed
Requirements:
. Ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to multi-task , work in a busy enviorment
. Must be familiar with building materials and construction related terms
. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
Salary commensurate with experience up to $60,000.00 yearly
