Busy office located in the Pelham Pkwy, Bronx seeks Full-Time Administrative Assistant with Collections & Marketing experience who is detail oriented and proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Duties include:
a) Review and process collection claims
b) Account Receivables (invoicing) and Account Payables through QuickBooks
c) Scheduling and calendar management
e) Build solid relationships with vendors and customers
f) Take charge of special projects as needed
Qualifications/Requirements include:
a) Must have experience using Quick Books
b) Marketing, Advertising, Branding & amp; Sales experience A+
c) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
d) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
e) Bilingual (Spanish) A+
