Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
Maintain a well-organized and efficient front desk area
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Translate documents and conversations as needed
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
