Luxury Wheels Away is a busy, locally owned Auto Body & Car Rental shop providing top-quality repair and rental services. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices for repair orders, insurance claims, and rental transactions
Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and vendors about billing and payments
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Handle payment posting, account reconciliations, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Support the front office with administrative and customer service tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in billing, accounting, or administrative support (auto industry experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other billing software preferred
Dependable, professional, and a team player
