Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently
Manage accounts receivable, proposals, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Communicate with customers and team members professionally
Maintain organized records and account histories
Qualifications:
Experience in dispatch and/or accounts receivable preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with relevant software (QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, etc., a plus)
