Position: Executive Assistant

Company: Leading Global Private Equity Firm

Location: Office-based, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a top global private equity company. This role requires managing complex calendars, coordinating schedules, and facilitating smooth travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with extensive experience in financial or professional services. Email resume using CL email relay. No cover letter necessary. Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary up to $150K, based on experience, with opportunities for paid overtime and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and dining reservations.

Process expenses promptly using Concur.

Act as a welcoming gatekeeper for clients and internal staff, providing exceptional service.

Efficiently manage complex calendars and schedule coordination.

Assess and prioritize shifting tasks, conduct research, and prepare materials for meetings.

Greet clients professionally and maintain clear communication via email and phone.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in financial or professional services.

Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with Amex Travel and Concur is highly preferred.
