Our client, a life science venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm (flex for OT) and this role is hybrid with three days in the office and two days remote (flex to come in additional days as needed).Responsibilities:Oversee upkeep of the physical office space (kitchen and conference rooms)Assist with complex calendar management, scheduling, and setting up meetings for two partnersArrange international/domestic travel, private and commercial, including flights, Visa's, ground transportation, and itinerariesSource vendors, manage expensing and invoicing, and oversee repairs/maintenanceOversee and fill in for reception as needed, greet visitors, and field phone callsPlan and coordinate events and lunchesAssist Senior EA with calendar management, scheduling, and travel as neededQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of relevant support experienceExcellent communication skills and attention to detailCalm individual who exhibits sound judgment and discretionProficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointCompensation/Benefits:Up to $75-100K base depending on experience + OT + bonus Fully covered benefits401KCommuter benefits ($280)10 days paid time off plus holidays$70 a month for internet or phoneBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
