Executive Coordinator and Office Manager

Our client, a startup venture platform located in Union Square, is seeking a TTP Executive Coordinator & Office Manager. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office and 1 day remote. The working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with some flexibility as needed. This position starts after Labor Day.Responsibilities: Executive Support: Support Managing Director, Head of Capital Partnerships, and COO, including managing scheduling, travel, expenses and other administrative needsProvide support for special projects as neededProvide administrative coordination for other members of the Executive Team as neededData Management: Perform data entry and management to support capital partnerships activitiesFront Desk: Ensure a friendly and smooth check-in process for guestsOffice Manager: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and maintenance of the kitchen, conference rooms and shared spacesOrder and maintain office supplies and snacks, ensuring they meet the needs of the teamManage relationship with outsourced IT support team, troubleshoot IT issues and stock office printersEvent Coordination: Assist with coordinating internal team activities, platform events and external meetings, including assistance with logistics and catering arrangementsQualifications: 2+ years adminsitriave experince, preferably out of a start-upBe present in the NYC office 3-4 days per week High attention to detailCompensation/Benefits: DOE 75K-90K + bonusBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
