Our client, a design and architecture firm, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO/Founder. The team is seeking a candidate who has strong communication skills and can prioritize effectively while keeping the CEO/Founder organized. The hours are 8/9am - 5/6pm with flexibility required, including evenings and weekends as needed. This role is hybrid, 4 days in office in Manhattan and 1 day remote, with occasional travel to the Hamptons or abroad.Responsibilities: Provide seamless executive and personal support to the CEO, managing an extensive calendar, correspondence, and travel (private and commercial) Coordinate across professional, social, and personal spheres, including speaking engagements, art exhibitions, and philanthropic commitments Oversee household and family-related logistics in partnership with household staff and external vendors Manage personal appointments, reservations, errands, and special projects with discretion and polish Anticipate shifting priorities, ensuring seamless transitions between professional and personal obligations Liaise with multiple stakeholders including company employees, partner organizations, foundations, and family membersJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 7-10+ years of EA/PA experience supporting C-suite or high-net-worth individuals Proven ability to manage complex, frequently changing schedules with strong judgment and discretion Tech-savvy, highly organized, and solutions-oriented with excellent follow-through Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work fluidly with diverse stakeholders Comfortable with 24/7 accessibility and shifting priorities in a dynamic environmentCompensation/Benefits: Up to $225K base salary + discretionary bonus 100% company-paid healthcare coverage Free daily breakfast and lunch in office 401(k) PTO packageBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: https://jobs.beaconhillstaffing.com/eeoc/Completion of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
