Full Time Experienced Administrative Assistant needed immediately
Must be a fast learner and be able to Multi-Task and retrieve information quickly.
Must have solid Microsoft Office/Quickbooks skills, strong communication/customer service skills both written and verbal, able to schedule and dispatch service calls.
Complete entry-level bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses, organizing receipts etc. Organize new client contracts, create proposals, invoices, and process client payments.
Contribute to internal database maintenance, upkeep and data entry.
