Looking for experienced Real Estate receptionist or administrative individual for our office in queens is seeking highly motivated, responsible and Reliable individual for receptionist position. Seeking a hard-working candidate with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, making phone calls following up, follow up emails
Greeting clients
Copying, Filing, scanning
Assisting Team members with coordination of appointments/meetings
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, printer area, kitchen, and common space
Qualifications:
Computer proficient
Administrative/front desk/hospitality experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with google drive, social media posting
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone demeanor
Monday - Friday - About 40 hours per week
Bilingual a Plus!
