We are a boutique property management company located in Manhattan, currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The role of a Admin Assistant is essential to us as you are a representation and first line of contact for our firm. We are able to provide training if needed and growth opportunities as well.
Some of the requirements and/or responsibilities for this position will be:
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Fielding a high volume of phone calls
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Assist with filing & mailings
- Ability to multi-task
- Assist property managers
- Correspond with tenants and owners
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus, but not required
