Full-Time Administrative Assistant – $25/hr (Hybrid – Riverside CT)

A fast-moving tech startup looking for a sharp, reliable Administrative Assistant to help manage a busy, multi-faceted schedule across both business and household operations. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role with a hybrid work setup — after the onboarding and catch up first few weeks, you have the option to work from home, with a minimum of 1-2 required weekly in-person meetings in Riverside.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, handles changing priorities with ease, is familiar with and likes to organize children's schedules and start up priorities, and also can enjoys creating structure and order in a fast-paced busy setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain complex calendars for both professional and personal scheduling, family etc

Coordinate meetings, calls, emails, appointments, and weekly agendas

Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and team members, make payments

Provide general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly including a robust to-do list and keeping track of short term and long term projects.

Work Structure

Full-time: 40 hours per week

$25/hour

Hybrid role: option to work from home and/or in-person at the office or household

Weekly in-person meeting required in Riverside, CT

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple demanding, high-volume calendars

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching contexts quickly

Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and online task/calendar tools

Excellent communication and follow-through

Discreet, reliable, and highly organized
