A fast-moving tech startup looking for a sharp, reliable Administrative Assistant to help manage a busy, multi-faceted schedule across both business and household operations. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role with a hybrid work setup — after the onboarding and catch up first few weeks, you have the option to work from home, with a minimum of 1-2 required weekly in-person meetings in Riverside.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain complex calendars for both professional and personal scheduling, family etc
Coordinate meetings, calls, emails, appointments, and weekly agendas
Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and team members, make payments
Provide general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly including a robust to-do list and keeping track of short term and long term projects.

Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple demanding, high-volume calendars

Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and online task/calendar tools
