Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Investor Services Assistant to support three team members in their NYC office. The hours are 8am - 6:30pm and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remoteResponsibilities:Manage Outlook to schedule all meetings and conference callsBook itineraries for a high volume of domestic and international travelPrepare materials and create memos/daily email for the teamAct as a gatekeeper and review NDAsSubmit and manage expense reports and generate both physical and digital filesMaintain a CRM, updating documents and client informationQualifications:Bachelor's Degree Required5-10+ years of EA experience; must have hedge fund or banking experienceInvestor relations experience is a plusExperience using a CRMExcellent written and communication skillsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $135K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus100% company paid medical benefits3 weeks' vacationFree lunch every dayBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
