Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage including answering and directing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage client records, and perform data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including tracking and labeling merchandise.
Hours are :
Monday To Friday 830AM TO 5PM
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
-Must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
