Non-Profit client is looking to hire a Temp to Perm Manager, Audience Development and Membership. This role requires someone in office Monday - Friday from 9/9:30am - 5:30/6pm. Positions starts July 2025. Temp duration is approximately three months with potential to extend/convert.The Manager, Audience Development & Membership is a key member of the Marketing & Partnerships team responsible for driving visitor traffic, increasing event participation, and deepening member engagement. This position is critical to expanding the audience base by targeting and acquiring new visitors, enhancing the member experience and attracting new members, and building strong connections across the Paley community. This role blends marketing, audience outreach, community cultivation, and data-driven strategy to attract new audiences-particularly in media, sports, gaming, and entertainment and tech-and convert them into long-term members and participants.
