Our client, an Architecture and Design firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5:30pm and this role is hybrid with 3-4 days in the office with 1-2 days remote.Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and coordinate successful marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and printed collateral Assist with content creation, including graphic design, photography, video, and post-productionShare ownership of the RFP/Proposal process, which includes creation, tracking, and interfacing with potential clientsWork with team members to augment and the company's multiple websites, portfolios, and one-pagers Assist in the creation of presentations and reports of marketing data Maintain potential and existing client databases and assist with marketing administrative supportQualifications:Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environmentTechnical skills, specifically in InDesign, Adobe and CanvaExperience with platforms such as MailChimp and Squarespace A keen eye for design and a portfolio of workCompensation/Benefits:Up to $110K-120K base depending on experienceMedical, dental, and vision benefitsCommuter benefits401KFree Class Pass credits15 days PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
