Our client, a company in Valhalla that manages medical claims has immediate needs in its medical records and customer service areas for positions on a temp to hire basis. Seeking candidates with previous exposure to medical records and related customer service duties. Heavy phone work collecting required medical records, inter-acting with various related parties including lawyers, doctors , insurance companies and hospitals, entering all related information into the company's system, following up on open items and keeping all parties up to date with relevant information. Full time, Monday to Friday, 9-5 in office. Requires excellent phone / communication / organizational skills, very strong data entry and attention to detail. Easily accessible by public transportation. Immediate needs.
