Responsibilities:
Customer Service through (email, calls, Yelp, Google and in person)
Sales Skills is an absolute must. You will be the first person to have contact with new clients.
Organize and maintain all shop invoices, records.
Must know how to use Microsoft excel and handle basic spreadsheet management.
Help find potential business and opportunities(Sales Skills is a MUST)
Continuously check on insurance claims process and insurance payments to ensure that claims run smoothly and we have a continuous stream of approved work.
Schedule appointments and keep calendar up to date.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Maintain office space Clean and inviting to our Customers., we are open 6 days a week from 9-6 m to friday and 9-4 saturday and sunday we are closed! again read the ad again and please make sure you are exactly what is asked in the ad
