Key responsibilities:

-Manage projects through pre-planning, estimating and project hand off, cost tracking, vendor and subcontractor selection and management, billing, project documentation, and project closeout.

-Effectively draft reports and documents, maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, change orders, etc.

-Support the project management team as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in construction industry.
