Requirements:
Experience in NYC DOB filing, and handling of DOB violations.
Proven experience (at least 2 years) in bookkeeping,
Proficiency in using financial software (Quickbooks) and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
