Administrative Assistant - Drafting Proposals for busy Construction Company (WORK FROM HOME)

$700 per week – full time job (30 hours), with option for more with pay increase.

Work will be done remotely, such as from home, and candidate must have good knowledge of and familiarity with the NYC area (knowing neighborhoods throughout the boroughs). Home office setup is ideal.

Our construction company is an Inc. 5,000 Business, ranking in the top 100 in the NY Metro area. We are a family-owned construction company – servicing all 5-boroughs of New York City and Long Island and specializing in all exterior home improvements, such as roofing and siding. The Company is growing, and it needs more help!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drafting Proposals, Contracts and invoices for Customers

Working together with existing admin that do the same drafting work, both for initial training, and then continuing ongoing working alongside.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have good clear verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills, alongside a desire for personal and professional growth.

Must live in the NYC area

Attention to detail must be perfect - we can’t afford mistakes on contracts!

Must have experience in a field that required critical writing skills.

This is a REMOTE position, so that means being able to work from home in an environment conducive to giving the job 100% attention with little distraction.

Team player! With exceptional customer service skills and a hard working attitude

At least 2-5 years of experience working in a position with similar job requirements.
