- Greet visitors to the office

- Answer and direct phone calls for the main office line

- Managing schedules for executive team

- Maintain and order office supplies

- Maintain and order kitchen and bathroom supplies

- Assist in planning and coordinating office meetings and company functions

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to develop new client relationships

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
