Company seeking Full-time/part time office dispatchers
Requirements:
- Valid to work on the U.S.
General office and clerical duties, including answering phones, filing, scanning documents, making copies, sending communications and follow up. Reception and dispatch Qualifications: 1+ year’s office administration experience, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Ensure proper office operations and standards.
Answer telephones in a competent and courteous manner.
Office duties
Main dispatcher duties
Scheduling.
Answer e-mails in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
On boarding process of new applicants.
Occasional hiring off-site.
