Midtown Business is looking for a full-time Office Manager / Bookkeeper. We want someone who has an “all-in” attitude and great work ethic. Someone who loves to work and being part of a team would be the ideal candidate. Our office is small, and the team wears many hats. Combining these two roles, bookkeeping and office manager, would be a great fit for our needs. This is a full-time position, however there could be some flexibility regarding hours and/or remote. Construction and real estate experience would be a plus. The salary range would be from $70K to $80K depending on experience. This is not a full-time remote position.

Qualifications
-Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop – Min 10 years’ experience
-Expert knowledge of MS Office (outlook, word and excel)
-Team player attitude, flexible
-Exceptionally organized, responsible and reliable
