Part-Time Personal Assistant

Family office located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part-Time Temporary Personal Assistant to support the firm's CEO. This position will start ASAP. The part-time hours schedule is somewhat flexible but expect to work 20 - 30 hours/week. The expectation is to be in office 5 days if possible but there is hybrid flexibility. Should have a 24/7 mentality. Hourly pay rate is up to $40/hr DOE.Responsibilities:.Act as gatekeeper and liaison for busy Founder and CEO and manage complex schedules and emailsCoordinate conference calls, in-person, and off-site meetings and handle any logisticsPlan, book and create travel itineraries for international and domestic trips and coordinate with the familyOrganize ground transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant reservations, etcMake ongoing/necessary adjustments as needed to all plans and commitments as neededWork with the CEO to prioritize his commitments and ensure that they are carried out seamlesslyAnticipate and prepare materials, information and resources needed for all of the CEO's engagementsCoordinate with driver to run errandsAssist with planning events, dinners, gatherings, etc.Respond to phone calls and direct messages accuratelyManage and process the CEO's expensesManage sensitive, highly confidential, and proprietary information with discretionAd Hoc projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree required24/7 mindsetExperience working with a high net worth individualExpert in MS Outlook, proficient in MS OfficeDemonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and under pressure, as needed to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyHighly organized with high attention to detailStrong research and analytical skillsWillingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasksTrustworthy with a high level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential informationKnow when to work autonomously and when to askBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
