We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Quote Department Assistant to support our Quotes Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our quoting process. There is potential for this position to become full-time based on performance and business needs. We are a National Facility Service company that performs Handyman services, plumbing, electrical ETC. Mostly for small box retailers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Quotes Manager in preparing and reviewing quotes
Maintain and organize quote documentation
Communicate with vendors to gather and verify pricing information
Track and follow up on outstanding quotes
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information
Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
