We are a small business located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in search of a part time building manager / super to help with the general upkeep of our building.
Primarily this role will handle the basic maintenance of the building, including but not limited to HVAC, boiler, thermostats, plumbing, roof deck, and doors/entry.
Secondarily this role will handle compliance like elevator and boiler inspections, as well as preventative maintenance like service of equipment, roof cleanings, etc.
While this job is part time, we'll need a candidate that can be on call and able to quickly get to the building in case an emergency arises.
The building itself has 3 connected businesses operating within, and is 2 stories high. There are no residential units in the building.
