Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Project Assistant Project to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and management of project paperwork, including submittals, schedules, and transmittals.
Prepare and maintain field reports, ensuring all project documentation is up to date.
Attend project meetings and prepare detailed meeting minutes for distribution.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely communication with team members and subcontractors.
Support the project manager in coordinating project activities and timelines.
Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses.
Provide general administrative support as needed throughout the course of the project.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
