Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Under Angel’s Wings Recovery Center – Staten Island, NY
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a professional multitasker who enjoys helping others and can maintain a calm, organized front desk.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
Support staff with clerical needs as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Previous experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is a plus
