Global investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a TTP Receptionist to act as one of two points of contact upon office entry. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and a can-do attitude. Day to day the receptionist will answer phones, greet visitors, manage conference rooms, handle mail and other ad hoc projects as needed. You will work closely with the Global Head of Facilities to help with scheduling, some travel and expenses. One must be a team player and willing to chip in as needed, have great MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook, and 6 + months of office experience in a similar, fast paced environment.
