Spa Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of spa industry including services, products and trends is important to provide knowledge recommendations to clients and effectively sell spa products and service.

Answer the phone from 10am to 10pm and scheduling appointment in Vagaro

5 days per week including weekend

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks is necessary to ensure that clients are served in a timely and efficient manner

Strong organizational skills to essential to keep track of appointments and customer information

Handing cash and credit cards transactions and balancing out the register consistently

Communicating clearly with the team to ensure a smooth daily flow of appointments.

Professional guiding the check in & check out process for each customer.

Experience:

Computer skills: 1 Year

Strong customer service skills and compassion

Must be able to work in close cooperation with others as well as independently.
