SPANISH & ENGLISH Speaking - Legal Administrative Assistant
Spanish and Korean Neighborhood
Duties: Must speak SPANISH & ENGLISH
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents using document management systems
- Assist with document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare correspondence, and other legal documents as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings for attorney
- Answer and assist client phone calls and emails
Qualifications: Must speak SPANISH
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to gather information from various sources
- Proficiency in using document management systems (Google Calendar, Contacts, Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Excellent verbal and email communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Willing to work in a small office environment
- Responsible and hard working
- Must live in the Queens Area
- College degree in paralegal studies or law related field preferred but not required
