TBG is currently in need of a highly organized Spanish Bilingual Temporary Administrative Assistant for a client located in Chelsea, NY.
Hours: 9a.m.-5p.m.-Onsite 5 Days per week Mon-Fri
Hourly Rate: $23/hr

Responsibilities:
Manage invoices, food orders, mass mailings, and create labels/badges for events.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and visibility materials.
Schedule and manage zoom meetings and presentations.
Assist with materials preparation for master and smaller contracts and manage logistics for negotiations, including lost time payments for committee members.
Organize shared spaces and troubleshoot office equipment as needed.
Distribute settlement checks and prepare grievance-related communications.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Spanish bilingual required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal data and workflow systems.
Strong customer service skills, great written and verbal communication skills.
Training, audit, and evaluation data collections and incident management skills.
