Modern art museum in NYC is seeking a qualified candidate to join their facilities team as an administrative assistant. This is a temporary role that is full onsite.
Pay: $21
Job details:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role in a corporate environment.
Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Heavy utilization of Outlook for meetings coordination
Strong interpersonal skills, will be communicating with all levels of staff at museum
Hours will be either 8am to 4pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Will report to Chief Facilities Officer and Facilities Operations Manager
Will be trained to process Facilities department invoices, which are high volume
Calendar management for CFO
Booking meetings for Facilities division
Supply ordering
Training will be provided by current Coordinator, who is being promoted into Mgt role
