SBLM Architects is seeking a professional, well-polished Temporary Receptionist to assist with providing coverage for the front desk while our permanent receptionist is out on vacation.
Schedule: Temporary December 20, 2024 through January 3, 2025 ONLY.
Hours: 7:30AM – 5:00PM (includes a one-hour break)
Must be available for paid training December 17 through December 19. Will start immediately on December 20, 2024.
Qualifications:
At least two years of reception or administrative experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
Excellent communication skills and strong pride in providing superb customer service.
Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks at once.
Outstanding organizational and operational skills
Responsibilities:
Prep coffee and ensure kitchen is tidy
Answer incoming calls, directing the caller to the appropriate person
Taking accurate and courteous phone messages
Prepare FedEx or messenger pickup
Greeting all visitors
Prep occasional letters
