We are hiring in OPERATIONS ( Call Center Representative, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, Recruiting Coordinator, Appointment Scheduler, Truck Driver and Office Manager ) to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Role Description:

- Daily customer interaction directly through phone, email and text communication

- To ensure high-quality customer service, you will maintain customer records and data in a professional manner and maintain product knowledge

- Responding to customer inquiries
