I hold a NY Broker’s Real Estate, and Property - Casualty license and more. There no license needed for this type of work because it can be done all USA, but I prefer a license agent for reason other business can be closed. You must have the qualities I seek: to be a good person, you must love god.
There is no suit, no tie, no travel, no pressure: totally remote. All you need is the tools: imagination, awareness, techingques computor, internet, and cell phone. Do you know CAP RATE, NOI, and determining value? That’s a good start, but if not I will train you, and take it one step at a time more!
