Job Description:
We are currently looking to expand our team with licensed Commercial Real Estate Agents who have a passion for providing high-quality, personalized client service. As part of our growing team, you will work directly with a diverse and dynamic client base, assisting with acquisitions, leasing, and investment opportunities. Our division offers a collaborative, professional environment with access to exclusive listings and clients looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial properties.
Conduct property tours, negotiations, and market analysis.
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to support the growth of our listing inventory.
Stay current on market trends and zoning regulations in the tri-state area.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid real estate license in the state of New York.
Previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred but not required.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
