Hiring for project/ contruction manager , We are a busy gc company servicing the tri state area, we do 20+ buildings , town houses, fire restoration, new construction and alterations a year, We are looking for an energetic, honest , hard working experienced person to join our team. Must have a good eye for detail, Must be reliable, and organized . We do mostly high end residential work, we are a team of 27 and growing fast. we are company who gets things done with no excuses, must have knowledge of different trades, tile , spakling,sheetrock, carpentry, painting, framing , masonry etc. candidate must have experience in the following.
-managing a crew from start to finish,
-must be a problem solver and forward thinker
-must have experience in most construction trades, and how to move forward in phases
-most have experience ordering materials
-Be able to communicate with owner and workers
-knowledge of materials, wood , metal , sheetrock etc
-must be bilingual Spanish and English , drug free and clean cut
-must be able to pick up materials,
-be able to read blue prints
-manage payroll, and materials orders
must have valid drivers license
-must have your own reliable transportation
-having a pick up or van is a plus
-having hands on experience is a plus
Salary is based on experience
