Employment type: Part time- 3 .5 days a week- in person- not Hybrid. M- W- Th- half day Friday -
Real Estate Developer and Investor seeks executive to deal with all business matters related to real estate operations and management specific to legal , insurance, INTERIOR DESIGN and ordering of materials and bidding out development projects. SEE BELOW. On site oversight of construction jobs.
This is a job with an established Owner -seeking a long term employee- this is not a hybrid work position.
Manage and oversee the Construction sites and more- deal with Tenants and all matters re Real Estate operations-
Criteria-
Have strong aesthetic design sensibility - prefer people with architect and interior design background -
Upholding quality materials and procedure
Manage Manpower/Labor
Ensure Project is Compliant with all safety and building regulations
Work closely with Architects, Engineers and Project Managements for any impromptu matters relating to current projects.
Coordinate all other trade contractors on project
Blueprint reading and specification
Attending site visits meetings, taking meeting minutes and perform meeting follow ups
Reaching out to suppliers for quotations, putting together cost estimating
Project Scheduling, RFI’s, Submittals and Change Orders.
Keeping daily employee and Project log.
Knowledgeable of Auto-Cad, Microsoft Word and Excel
Good writing and communications skills
Experience in Construction Projects- this position is for a self starter who is DISCIPLINED and is able to work INDEPENDENTLY.
