Lease Administrator
Location is midtown Manhattan zip code 10017
Salary is 60-80k
Will be responsible for generating/processing lease renewal offers
Will enter initial leases for approx. 4000 units
Duties include posting rents & resolving payment exceptions
Will handle tenant calls/correspondence in regard to account or lease related matters
Knowledge of rent stabilization laws a major plus.
