We are seeking candidates for the role of Client Advisor: a NYC real estate aficionado who combines a passion for real estate with a profound understanding of New York’s dynamic market.
As a Client Advisor, you play a crucial role in our success by converting buyer and seller leads into successful transactions. Through phone, email, and text, you will not only guide clients through the complexities of NYC real estate but also document and track all interactions and deals within our CRM system. Your goal is to create an impactful client journey that culminates in a successful transaction with one of our third-party agent partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertly manage lead conversion through phone, email, and text communication
- Navigate client inquiries with agility, providing informed insights concerning NYC real estate and CityRealty's services
- Perform in-depth research on clients to tailor listing recommendations
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring detailed follow-ups and interactions are documented in CRM
- Employ excellent writing and communication skills to engage clients and maintain records
- Use a methodical approach to prospecting, qualifying and converting new opportunities, with a focus on high-quality interactions rather than volume.
- Facilitate productive initial consultations between clients and agents, providing essential background and setting the stage for success
- Maintain a close eye on the market, advising buyers and agents of new listings and off-market opportunities
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- At least 3 years' experience in NYC real estate, specifically in sales
- Proven proficiency with CRM tools and Google Suite
- Previous experience with on-line real estate lead platforms preferred (i.e. from Zillow, StreetEasy, Realtor.com)
- Proven success in strategic phone sales

The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 with total annual compensation (including potential incentive bonus compensation) ranging from $70,000 to more than $175,000. The annual base salary range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Therefore the exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training and other business and organizational needs.
