Description: Part-time live-out superintendent needed for a residential building in the Fort Washington area. Applicants must live within the 10032 zip code.
Responsibilities include:
-General maintenance and cleaning of the building
-Trash removal and management
-Knowledge and oversight of building systems (boiler, elevator, etc.)
-On-call availability for emergencies
-Snow removal during winter months
Requirements:
-Prior experience as a superintendent or building maintenance worker preferred
-Strong working knowledge of building systems
-Reliable and responsive, especially for emergency situations

Schedule & Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
