Landlord looking for full-time porter for commercial building in downtown Flushing.
$20 per hour. 40 hour work week between Monday to Friday.
Candidate must speak Mandarin. Must e-mail résumé for consideration.
Responsibilities:
Keep the building clean and presentable – make sure there is no snow or litter on the sidewalk
Respond to daily maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner
Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Provide access for inspections and utility appointments
Confirm that all building signage is posted and current
Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order
Identify and report the need for major repairs
