Looking for a full time building super for 28 unit residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn
Duties
- garbage & cleaning
- work orders for apartment repairs
- maintenance of building systems
- notifying management of any issues
Requirement
- must be experienced in plaster, paint, minor plumbing & electric repairs
- must speak fluent english
- must have smart phone and email
- at least 5+ year's experience
Position comes with a 1-bedroom apartment, electric included + weekly pay
