Responsibilities include maintenance of all building systems, monitoring janitorial staff and tending to tenant requests. Must be technically proficient, organized, diligent and well spoken. knowledge of plumbing and electric a plus. Must be responsible and organized. This is a full time position. $750/week plus a 1 bedroom apartment, as well as benefits.
