Team Leader Opportunity
Stephen Dawkins of Annie Mac Home Mortgage is seeking motivated Team Leaders to oversee and support loan originators in generating business, as well as processing and evaluating loans. Our team-oriented environment emphasizes collaboration, shared responsibilities, and mutual success. Comprehensive training and support will be provided at every stage. The ability to work effectively with others is essential. While the work may be complex, our systematic approach ensures efficient management of higher volumes, reducing stress and minimizing burnout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market mortgage products to real estate and finance professionals, including agents, advisors, and others.
- Host events in collaboration with real estate professionals to promote services.
- Conduct outreach, including cold calling lawyers, financial advisors, and real estate agents.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to drive engagement.
- Assist clients with loan applications while maintaining a polite, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Discuss loan approvals with clients and manage loan conditions as required.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
